We’re looking for an Account Manager who thrives on keeping projects organized, clients informed, and the creative team aligned. If you’re a natural problem solver who loves structure, communication, and keeping all the moving parts in check, you’ll fit right in.
This role is a blend of strategic planning, project execution, and client relationship management—with a focus on both internal team collaboration and external client communication. You’ll be the bridge between our creative team and our clients, ensuring work flows smoothly and deadlines are met.
Success in this role comes from staying ahead of timelines, anticipating roadblocks, and keeping everyone aligned and moving forward.
Work Responsibilities
Internal Project & Team Management
Own project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
Manage task assignments, making sure the right people are working on the right things at the right time.
Run weekly team meetings, tracking progress and keeping creative execution aligned with priorities.
Monitor budgets and project scopes, ensuring work stays within agreed parameters.
Collaborate with the creative team, ensuring workloads are balanced and deliverables stay on track.
Proactively identify process improvements, finding smarter ways to keep work flowing efficiently.
Track time and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed within scope and budget.
External Client Communication & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they’re informed and engaged.
Write clear, concise, and actionable emails that keep projects moving forward.
Adapt communication styles to different client personalities, knowing when to provide details and when to keep it high-level.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and check-ins, ensuring alignment and maintaining momentum.
Proactively manage client expectations, keeping them informed on timelines, deliverables, and any roadblocks.
Guide clients through onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience.
Anticipate client needs, proactively offering solutions and creative ideas before they even ask.
Organization & Problem-Solving
Think critically and troubleshoot independently—questions are great, but Googling it first is even better.
Balance big-picture strategy with daily execution, ensuring no detail slips through the cracks.
Take ownership of challenges—when problems arise, you find solutions before anyone needs to ask.
Understand that feedback isn’t failure, but a step toward the best solution.
Contribute to strategy and ideation, dabbling in everything from social media planning to promotional product rollouts and campaign execution.
Creative Team Collaboration
Act as the link between clients and the creative team, ensuring feedback, objectives, and vision are clearly communicated.
Keep the creative team informed on client goals, campaign objectives, and any project adjustments.
Facilitate brainstorming and ideation sessions, ensuring the team has the strategic insights they need.
Ensure project briefs are clear, actionable, and aligned with both client and team expectations.
Work closely with designers, writers, and strategists, ensuring all creative work aligns with client needs.
Champion the creative process, ensuring ideas are executed with excellence and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in account management, project management, or a similar role.
Previous agency or marketing experience preferred.
Experience with project management tools like Notion, Slack, Asana, or ClickUp.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Dropbox, and other organizational tools.
Familiarity with social media strategy, brand marketing, or copywriting is a plus.
