About the Brand

SERV, a pickleball-based entertainment center in Overland Park, Kansas, already had a great presence based on the venue alone, but we were asked to turn up the volume. Confusion on how to differentiate from competitors, how to communicate the array of entertainment options, and how to navigate the venue were at the top of the list. Overall, we found the biggest issue with a lack of cohesion among brand visuals across mediums so we refined the logo and enhanced SERV’s overall look and feel with clarity in color and application, streamlined messaging to build brand recognition and consistency, and provided creative solutions to help guests navigate the venue. Now they’re set up with a solid platform for long-term evolution and growth.

How We Made It Happen

Brand Positioning: Unique opportunities to differentiate SERV from local competitors and emphasize it as a community-oriented entertainment venue.

Verbal Identity: Core values to guide internal culture and external experiences, compelling mission and vision statements that define SERV’s purpose and goals, voice and tone definition, fun and engaging taglines, key messaging, and a compelling brand story to connect with its community.

Visual Identity: Refined logo suite, expanded color palette, and engaging new assets to use in different mediums—complete with social media and application examples to show how the brand can really come to life.

Custom Wayfinding: Creative solutions to help solve guests navigate the property. From navigational queues and directional instructions to event promotions and interactive features that infuse the new assets into the property for a lively, energetic lift, SERV customers can get straight to the paddle and the party.

The result? A brand that totally SERVs.
